Cilantro Jalapeno Sauce
6 tbsp (90 ml)
Extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp (30 ml)
Red wine vinegar

Jalapenos, halved

Whole White Onion, quartered

Garlic cloves, peeled
1 Bunch
Cilantro
Dash
Dried cumin powder to taste
Dash
Kosher salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400F / 205C.

Cut jalapenos, onion, peel garlic and place on an oiled baking sheet & bake for 20 minutes.
3.
Add cilantro to a blender and mix on high speed to break it up a little.
4.
Add red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, cumin, to blender and mix on high speed with the cilantro until well blended and creamy.
5.
Once the vegetables are finished baking, add them and their juices to the blender and blend again on high speed until combined.
