Italian Salad Dressing
3 tbsp (45 ml)
Extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp (15 ml)
Red wine vinegar
1 tbsp (15 ml)
Lemon juice
2 tsp (10 ml)
Maple syrup

Garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp (5 g)
Dried oregano
1 tsp (5 g)
Dried parsley
1 tsp (5 g)
Dried basil
Dash
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1.
Dice or grate the garlic into a fine dice.
2.
Combine all ingredients into a mason jar, shake well.
3.
Store for up to a week at room temperature.
